In its 16th year, the Florida Hoops Report is a recruiting report for college programs that covers every major event and every college prospect in the talent rich state. NCAA Division I coaches will be permitted to subscribe during the 2023-24 season as Eric Wallace's Hoops Report:

  1. Does not allow any institution to purchase more than one annual subscription.

  2. Publicly identifies all applicable service costs and a website address. 

  3. Provides access to samples or previews of the information it disseminates prior to purchase of a subscription by making reports from previous years available upon request.

  4. Is made available to all institutions desiring to subscribe at any subscription level and each institution pays the same price, for identical reports, as any other institution at that subscription level.

  5. Is not sold in exchange for any type of recruiting access to prospective student-athletes or as an inducement to influence a perspective student-athlete or any individual associated with a student-athlete.

  6. Publicly identifies the geographical scope of the service as National and reflects broad-based coverage of multiple regions.

  7. Disseminates information about prospective student-athletes 9-20 times per calendar year.

  8. Provides analysis in the information it disseminates beyond demographic information or rankings by providing detailed evaluations, projected levels of play, academic information, and contact information.
